We always want our guests to leave feeling happy and beautiful.  If, for any reason, your hair did not meet your expectations then please reach out to us within 7 days of service for an adjustment with any haircut and/or color.  We cannot guarantee any adjustments if hair has been altered by anyone other than a stylist here at Just Teasin Hair Studio. 

We require a minimum notice of 24 hours for cancelling or rescheduling.  Any notice given that's less than 24 hours is subject to a charge of 50% of total services booked. A no call no show is subject to 100%.  Anyone arriving 15 minutes late or more may be rescheduled. For these reasons, we require a valid card to be left on file at the time of booking for color/chemical services. Thank you for understanding.
